information labs is the research and publishing home of Caroline De Cock, founder of Brussels-based consultancy N-square and author of AI Tools, Not Gods. This is where she publishes analysis, develops ideas, and tracks emerging debates in digital policy, AI governance, and the information environment.

The labs are organised by theme and aim to generate constructive, evidence-based discussion. Some projects originate from Caroline’s own research and writing interests. Others are supported by third-party organisations, which are identified on the relevant project pages. The analysis in both cases reflects her independent assessment.

information labs is registered in the EU Transparency Register.
